Im a master of these...
1-Amarr Regeneration Guru:
This load-out specifies in REGENERATING more than tanking and it DOES has its uses.
LOW:
2 Complex Armor repairers
1 Enhanced Cardiac regulator
1 Enhanced Armor plate
This gives you (at proto level)
5 default logi bonus armor repair
10 with both complex armor repairers. But with the Amar Logi bonus plus default armor repairer bonus you get up to 50 efficiency, making it a total of 15
With this you have a total of (at level 4 passive armor) 216 default armor + 108 enhanced armor = 324 total armor that regenerates at 20 hp per second. Thats 16 seconds to regenerate ALL your armor if you are left with 0 HP and survive.
Add a Shield regulator and enjoy peeking out, shooting , take cover and be full HP in matter of seconds..
I used this loadout on one of my alts and worked pretty well at mid distance engagements with cover. You can be at it FOREVER.(Use it with Mass Driver and SMG).
20 regen of armor per sec, and 20+ shield per second makes you Monster at mid ranged fights with cover. I have around 630 total HP....
2 - Gallante Heavy Scout:
Abusing the Low powered slots of the gallante armor it was a crazy idea and actually my best scout ever was my alt with Gallante med.(Royal shot it was called) Instead of approaching the classic Tanking, i went for scout traits....
(sorry if i dont remember the EXACT stats,but its a very good approx)
Gallante Assault Proto:

Shield:308 (ish)
Total:560
Speed: 8.61
Need lv 5 Profile dampening Passive
Level 5 Scan Ratius passive
i had also level 4 passive hacking speed

Not much to say. Its a scout but much better.(Although a little slower)
Im not gonna bore you more, but i do have a total of about 20 other weird load outs if you are interested....
I might not be godlike player , but i do have imagination...

(this one is NOT really a WEIRD loadout, its my Main Suppression suit XD)
Elite Supressor:
Commando ADV
High Slot : Cx Light Damage Mod
Weapons: Any Sniper Rifle you like/that fits (I use Covenant)
Advanced Swarm Launchers
Equipment: REP Nanohive/ Nanohive
This Load-out is pretty much straight forward . All this week i've been experimenting with Commando suits and this is the only one i could use effectively LOL.
Then again , VERY effectively.
With lv 4 Passive armor and shield gain i have 600HP.
I do have Profile dampening passive skills at Lv 5.
Im not gonna lie. The suit sucks balls. And the suppression the Sniper rifle and Swarm Launcher have can be equaled if not surpassed by a Heavy Forge gunner. The Main difference is, Commandos have Nanohives. Yeah that's the main difference. I've tested the efficiency of both suits in Manus Peak. First the forge gunner net me 26-4 K-D ratio, pretty damn decent.I got killed mostly when i had to go into the little city thing at C to get ammo then go back up since my team didn't give me ammo at all.
With the commando i Did 21-0 . NEVER had to move from my spot. Killed 2 LAVs and 1 Drop-ship (total of 5 dudes) and sniped 16 enemies trying to take objectives or in firefights with friendlies.
Things to do with the suit:
-Infantry Suppression
-Vehicle Suppression
-Locate and inform your team of enemy movement
The suit itself needs buffs, but this is my Sniper Loadout, and its here to stay XD.
Uhm somebody asked me how do i defend myself if i get engaged close quarters. Well the idea is being ALWAYS out of the reach of your enemies. But if the situation DOES happen (and it has) then i usually just run towards the red dot while spamming my sniper rifle for a cheap shot. The enemy will probably laugh at your pitiful attempt and get confident, AND FORGET , Commandos Do have a melee attack of 250 XD......
Heavy Minmatar Scout:
Based on the original Gallante assault scout type i drove one friend of mine to give me his account to test stuff (He doesn't play dust anymore)And here is what happened.
The suit was played with a Proto Minmatar Logi to test maximum efficiency BUT a downgraded but still equally effective load out can be created with the Advanced Logi (a little slower, and a little less shield)....
Minma Logi Proto:
Low P.:
-Complex Kin Kat
-Enhanced Kin cat
-Enhanced or Basic Cardiac Regulator
-Profile Dampener (The Higher profile dampening the better)
High P:
-x3 Cx Shield Ext
-Precision enhancer
Weapon Of Choice: Shotgun ,SMG (the one i used, Six Kin), etc.... Try Something powerful that can be used Close - Mid range.(MD NOT recommended as it consumes a LOT of ammo really fast and you wont be staying long in a spot to take full advantage of a nanohives)
Equipment: I use Remote Explosives and or Prox Mines , Nano-hives and Drop Up-links.
With a sprinting Speed of (this is an approx , exact number just slipped off....I think its more actually) 8.5 and a profile dampening low enough to pass under the radar (almost NO ONE has precision scanning upgraded) The Minmatar Logi is ALSO another good choice to fulfill the role of a scout.
In that account i have Level 5 passive armor but no passive shield so the total HP amounts 187 armor and 90 shields.(that is already a LOT more than a gallante scout HP XD) and the 3 complex shields give you another 246 to work with. (Total of 523 HP).
Also at level 5 you WILL have 5 armor rep by default so those 187 armor wont go to waste AND hacking speed of +25% (that can be upgraded to +50% with the passive skills) all thanks to the Minmatar Logi's Bonuses.
You will have Ammo for yourself and your team, up-links and area denial explosives for both vehicles and infantry.
Overall, be fast , hack , plant remote explosives,GT*O , Shotgun someone in the face, plant Drop uplink, give that fatty some ammo , rinse and repeat....
